Hmm..I like to sleep on my side and hence this wonderful but impractical pillow will not work for me. Perhaps, it could be modified so that it will always be on my side?

This would be a brilliant “hat” for travelling, although it is a possibility they wouldn’t let you in the country when you arrive!
